Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare estimates for civil construction including earthworks
• Evaluate drawings and project requirements thoroughly
• Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing development
• Identify risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain bid documentation and support information accurately

Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in civil projects
• Strong understanding of underground utilities
• Experience with HeavyBid and AGTEK preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
• Solid attention to detail with communication skills
