Join our well-established team as a Senior Software Engineer focusing on IBM Sterling File Gateway in a hybrid model based in Scarborough, Ontario. Develop and support critical file transfer solutions for our banking operations.
We are seeking a seasoned engineer with expertise in IBM Sterling SFG, Global Mailbox, and secure file transmission. You’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and effectively onboarding partners to facilitate seamless data exchange. Your ability to troubleshoot and monitor systems will significantly impact our enterprise operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance IBM Sterling File Gateway solutions
• Maintain routing rules and business processes
• Manage secure file exchanges for ACH and EFT payments
• Troubleshoot and resolve connection issues
• Participate in incident management and recovery activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 4 years’ experience with IBM Sterling technologies
• Robust understanding of secure file transmission standards
• Agile setting experience preferred
• Knowledge of payment processing and banking services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
