As part of the Finance and Commercial team at ACCIONA, the Project Accountant will drive financial management and reporting for key projects. This role requires expertise in managing payments, receivables, tax filings, and monthly reporting processes. You will work closely with project leaders to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with budgets while navigating the complexities of project costs and revenues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full-cycle accounting tasks, including receivables and payables
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports for management
• Monitor project expenses and ensure budget compliance
• Review and reconcile accounts related to the project
• Support audits and financial compliance in line with regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• CPA designation required
• 5+ years accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
• Solid analytical and detail-oriented mindset
