Key Responsibilities:
• Provide consultations for chronic pain and headaches
• Implement treatment plans for chronic migraines
• Administer Botox for headache patients
• Offer follow-up care and continuous patient management
• Work collaboratively with the HMCC clinical team

Requirements:
• Qualifications in Pain Medicine or related fields
• Must hold eligibility for Ontario registration
• Experience working in an outpatient setting
• Competence in chronic pain management
• CMPA coverage
