In this role, reporting to the Supervisor of Maintenance Planning, you will focus on developing strategic maintenance plans that align with mine requirements. Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities will be key to your success. Collaborate with a diverse team and work with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement detailed work plans and strategies
• Manage maintenance backlogs and resource accuracy
• Contribute to cost forecasting and financial analysis
• Work alongside maintenance teams to refine tasks
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators for continuous improvements

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent
• 5-7 years of post-graduation experience in maintenance
• Proficiency in CMMS and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• CMRP or MMP certification is advantageous
