As a full time Consultant at Shift Health, you will support the pharma strategy portfolio by conducting primary and secondary research. You’ll collaborate with senior team members, develop deliverables, and communicate your findings effectively. Your role will also involve contributing to business development and the company's commitment to inclusion and equity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather insights
• Design consultation guides and engage key informants




• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights
• Communicate findings to project teams and clients
• Support Project Managers in coordinating project tasks

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in life sciences or related field
• Experience in pharma commercial strategy preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare, particularly in oncology or infectious disease
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
