Key Responsibilities:

• Build solid product assortments with creative partners




• Manage briefings on raw materials for product development
• Ensure seasonal KPIs are consistently met across categories

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management or equivalent
• Proven leadership and merchandising expertise, 8+ years
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of retail mathematics
• Exceptional organization and multitasking capability
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
