Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and select technologies for microelectronic applications
• Lead design and prototyping of microelectronic modules
• Oversee engineering documentation for product specifications




• Interface with manufacturers for custom components
• Support verification processes to meet product standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related
• Over 8 years of relevant industry experience
• Expertise in CAD software, including Cadence Allegro
• Strong knowledge of packaging and substrate design
• Excellent communication skills in a collaborative setting
