As part of the Food Safety & Quality Assurance department, you will supervise FSQA Technicians while ensuring compliance with food safety best practices. Your expertise will guide improvements through monitoring, data analysis, and effective communication. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assign and monitor food safety programs
• Perform data trend analysis to drive improvements
• Manage corrective actions for food safety issues
• Support HACCP reassessment initiatives
• Collaborate in audits and compliance inspections

Requirements:
• 3+ years in a food safety or quality role
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Degree in Biological, Chemical, or Food sciences
• Knowledge of HACCP principles and Secure Food Regulations
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
