In this position, you will work closely with various stakeholders to identify and define their system needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to outline system requirements
• Develop and maintain BI reports with Power BI and Oracle BI Publisher




• Facilitate the rollout of new apps and enhancements
• Perform cost-benefit analysis for technology upgrades
• Train users and support them through system changes

Requirements:
• 8+ years in cloud or hosted system support
• Proven experience with 2 complex E2E implementations
• Strong skills in BI/reporting and data management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to simplify technical language for varied audiences
