This permanent, full-time position focuses on improving education outcomes for First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students in Alberta. As the Director, you will lead stakeholder engagement efforts, oversee formal agreements, and ensure programs align with Indigenous needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships
• Direct strategic partnerships with education authorities
• Support First Nations Education Authorities operationally

Requirements:
• Relevant university degree
• Minimum seven years in leadership roles
• Deep knowledge of Indigenous education matters
• Solid negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in developing policy advice and strategic recommendations
