PAL Aerospace is seeking an experienced Training Manager to enhance our Air Ambulance team. This role focuses on conducting comprehensive training programs, including simulator and line indoctrination, for King Air aircraft. You'll collaborate with management to set training objectives while mentoring team members to uphold our exceptional safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Air Ambulance pilot ground school and simulator training
• Develop and maintain Air Ambulance Standards and SOPs




• Collaborate with management to establish training goals
• Mentor team members and oversee their progress
• Manage the Electronic Training Record (ETR) system

Requirements:
• Experience on King Air 200 or 350
• Valid ATPL and 2500 total flight hours
• 500 multi-engine and 1000 PIC hours
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Leadership experience preferred
