As part of the Environment team, you’ll tackle noise and vibration modeling from project planning to commissioning. You'll ensure alignment with federal and provincial guidelines while collaborating with clients and communities. Your role requires technical expertise in acoustics and environmental engineering, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, socially acceptable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design urban and rail noise/vibration measurement campaigns
• Model noise and vibration impacts across project phases
• Optimize mitigation measures for sensitive receptors
• Lead investigation and reporting efforts
• Support compliance with municipal and provincial guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor or advanced degree in mechanical or environmental engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience in noise/vibration assessments
• Proficiency with modeling tools and GIS
• Designation as a Skilled Engineer preferred
• Strong communication skills for technical presentations
