About the Role As an In-Home Sales Representative , you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners to provide customized bath remodeling solutions that fit their needs, style, and budget. Using our innovative iPad-based design and sales technology, you'll create beautiful bathroom designs, present product options, and guide customers through the purchasing process.
This is an outside sales position designed for ambitious,



customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships and helping homeowners improve their homes.
Responsibilities Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
Conduct professional in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system.
Design customized bath remodeling solutions using our easy-to-use software.
Educate homeowners on our products, installation process, and financing options.
Prepare pricing proposals and confidently ask for the sale.
Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience from consultation through contract.
What We're Looking For Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Previous in-home sales experience is highly preferred.
Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a significant advantage.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local territory.
