What You'll Do

Meet with homeowners during pre-scheduled, company-provided appointments

Conduct skilled in-home sales presentations

Understand customer needs, goals,



and budgets

Design customized bath remodeling solutions

Educate homeowners on products, materials, and financing options

Build trust and create an exceptional customer experience

Follow a proven sales process to close deals

Maintain accurate customer records using company technology and CRM tools

Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs

What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience required

Home improvement, remodeling, construction, roofing, windows, siding, solar, or in-home sales experience is a major plus

Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills

Competitive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset

Ability to build trust quickly with homeowners

Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to appointments

Technology and CRM proficiency

Compensation
This is a commission-only position designed for sales professionals who want to control their income.

Average performers earn $120,000+ annually. Top performers regularly earn $250,000 to $350,000+ per year. There is no cap on commissions, giving you unlimited earning potential.
