Join CASA Mental Health as a Therapy Support Navigator in Sherwood Park, Alberta, and empower children and youth to thrive. This role involves direct client support and collaboration within the therapy team.

As a critical member of the CASA House Program, you will engage in comprehensive treatment delivery and facilitate essential skill uptake in both school and home settings. You'll support families by conducting needs assessments and offering parent coaching while managing referrals to community resources. Your ability to collaborate effectively with educational staff will be crucial in promoting student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct assessments and consultations to families
• Assist in community program referrals and resources




• Facilitate treatment groups for adolescents and parents
• Coordinate monthly case conferences with the therapy team
• Offer emotional support to caregivers and school staff

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Two years of experience in mental health treatment
• Familiarity with case management practices
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Criminal Records Check and TCI certification
