Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach associates in credit execution

• Ensure that credit portfolios meet compliance requirements
• Engage with TD Securities on M&A; and capital markets strategy

Requirements:
• At least 6 years of experience in asset based lending
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Relevant degree in Finance or Economics
• Understanding of language requirements for Quebec roles
