We are looking for a Winch Cat Operator who values safety and teamwork. Your responsibilities will include operating grooming equipment, performing maintenance duties, and ensuring top condition for winter sports. You will engage in snow farming, removal, and report findings to the Maintenance and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily maintenance and inspections on grooming machinery
• Relay grooming updates to Security for reports
• Monitor and report any potential safety hazards
• Maintain slopes and high-traffic areas effectively
• Work flexible schedules in varying weather conditions

Requirements:
• Proven experience with snow-grooming machinery
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep
• Understanding of ski resort maintenance needs
• Solid communication and cooperation skills
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends
