In this role as a Production Associate, you'll report to the Production Team Leader and carry out various manufacturing tasks. Key responsibilities include accurately filling orders, attending production machinery, and conducting quality checks. Candidates should exhibit strong attention to detail, quality standards awareness, and a willingness to learn through cross-training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Place gloves on hand forms on the dip line machine
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
• Pack orders accurately and verify labeling




• Communicate quality issues effectively during production
• Maintain safety and cleanliness at the workstation

Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly
• Capable of performing detailed tasks in a busy environment
