Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee guest service excellence exceeding multiple high standards

• Ensure spa facilities are pristine and well-maintained
• Help implement and manage new spa software efficiently

Requirements:
• Two years' management experience in a luxury spa environment
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
• Comfortable with financial management and inventory control
• Previous hands-on experience in spa treatments preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
