You will engage with seniors under the guidance of the Health & Wellness Manager, ensuring their choices are respected and needs met in a nurturing setting. Key Responsibilities:
• Support residents in daily living activities
• Document and report on residents’ health changes
• Ensure comfort and safety through personalized care
• Collaborate with care teams for optimal resident care
• Manage cleanliness of residents' living spaces

Requirements:
• Completion of approved Health Care Aide program
• Certification in First Aid and CPR
• Effective communication skills in English
• Experience with seniors preferred
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
