Additionally, you will aid in the validation of purchase orders and facilitate communication between clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform Bluebeam Revu markups for quantity take-offs
• Review residential construction drawings for scope assessment




• Manage communications via residential inbox
• Prepare material quantity calculations for drywall and paint
• Assist with data entry in estimating systems

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years data entry experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver’s licence and vehicle access
