This role will engage you in various employee programs, streamline HR processes, and assist with talent acquisition. You'll be integral to creating a positive workplace culture which supports managers and empowers staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with day-to-day HR inquiries from employees
• Improve people processes and document management
• Support onboarding and offboarding for new employees
• Maintain HRIS for accurate employee records
• Manage benefits administration effectively

Requirements:
• 2-4 years experience in HR or similar roles
• Aiming for CHRP designation is valued
• Strong organizational and initiative-driven mindset
• Comfortable in a fast-paced work environment
• HRIS experience is a nice to have
