What You'll Do As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care. Responsibilities include:
Providing routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being
Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition to nursing leadership
Maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable workplace
Following individualized care plans and facility policies to deliver exceptional resident care
Qualifications Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license/certification in accordance with state regulations
Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing dignified and respectful care to Veterans and fellow residents
