As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will oversee a team of janitors at CCS while ensuring effective service delivery. With at least two years in a leadership position, you'll implement training programs and monitor safety compliance. Your expertise in environmentally friendly cleaning processes will help promote a healthy workspace and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead team to deliver high-quality cleaning services
• Organize shift schedules according to contract standards
• Ensure team compliance with safety protocols




• Train and onboard new cleaning staff
• Regularly inspect cleaning operations for quality

Requirements:
• Leadership experience of two years in cleaning services
• Knowledgeable in cleaning best practices and sustainable products
• Strong people management and problem-solving skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and technology use
• Willing to undergo a Police Background Check
