You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Large Language Models and Natural Language Understanding to create engaging conversational interactions. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, you will innovate AI assistants for various platforms. Key Responsibilities:



• Architect conversational AI platforms including chatbots and voice bots • Define LLM architectures and knowledge retrieval systems • Collaborate to ensure best practices in dialogue design • Monitor system reliability and user satisfaction • Provide technical guidance to teams and document standards

Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in conversational design • Expertise with design platforms like Dialogflow CX • Understanding of data formats, preferably JSON • Proficient with cloud technology (GCP, Azure) • Knowledgeable in Agile frameworks and quality assurance testing
