You'll own high-impact projects that shape how our teams work, collaborate, and thrive across multiple geographies.What you’ll doLead end-to-end execution of complex real estate portfolios, managing full project lifecycles and cross-functional dependenciesTranslate stakeholder requirements into strategic, actionable plans that align with corporate objectivesDrive financial performance through rigorous budget management, variance analysis, and cost reportingProactively mitigate risks and navigate competing priorities to ensure projects remain on track and meet quality standardsEnhance workplace experiences by ensuring deliverables align with both organizational strategy and user needsProvide leadership and mentorship to project teams while overseeing on-site construction to ensure delivery excellenceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business or Project Management, or a college diploma with progressive relevant experience3–5 years of project management experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or complex cross-functional settingsBilingual proficiency in French and English (verbal and written)Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and translating complex needs into actionable plansStrong financial acumen, including budget management, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysisProven ability to manage competing priorities, mitigate risks,



and adapt to changing circumstancesExceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a resilient, proactive problem-solving mindsetGreat-to-HavesProject Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent certificationExperience with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologiesFamiliarity with global real estate portfolio management or international project deliveryAdvanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.Salary Range: $86,000-$136,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
