Apex is seeking a seasoned Utility Line Locator who brings extensive experience in line locating and ground disturbance. You will play a pivotal role in managing field surveys and preparing detailed reports for our diverse clientele across various sectors. Adhering to quality assurance protocols and actively participating in our safety program will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct accurate line locating and inductive locates
• Accurately document and mark underground facilities
• Prepare thorough field reports including sketches and notes




• Maintain and inspect all locating equipment and company vehicles
• Mentor less experienced locators and assistants

Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ experience in line locating
• Valid training certificate in line locating required
• ABCGA Ground Disturbance Standard 201 (Supervisory) certification
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a spotless record
• Experience with Trimble GPS is considered advantageous
