This casual role is designed to assist adults who struggle with basic needs and create pathways to stability and health. As a Tenant Support Worker, you will guide tenants towards better living arrangements, address their challenges, and collaborate in developing service plans. Through effective communication and support, you will foster teamwork among volunteers and maintain required health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate tenant intakes and provide ongoing support
• Identify tenant challenges and create service plans
• Administer medication and financial assistance




• Document and manage statistical data accurately
• Collaborate with volunteers for enhanced service delivery

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Service
• Minimum of two years related experience
• Valid Criminal Record Clearance – Vulnerable Sector
• OFA 1 First Aid and Food Protected Certification (if required)
• Knowledge of harm reduction and addiction support
