Become a Community Support Specialist with Pacific Coast Community Resources and enable individuals to live enriched lives within their communities. Help clients access meaningful social, volunteer, and vocational opportunities.

As a Community Inclusion Worker, you will motivate and support individuals to achieve their personal goals for independence and social integration. You will play a vital role in advocating for their rights while coordinating their participation in community activities. Collaborating with families and professionals is key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respect and advocate for the individual’s rights in services
• Encourage full community citizenship for supported individuals
• Develop and document Individual Service Plans as needed




• Facilitate participation in volunteering and social events
• Record all health information accurately in the management database

Requirements:
• Community Support Worker Diploma or equivalent education
• Two years of experience in social services or healthcare
• Current First Aid/CPR certification
• Clean BC Driver’s License with reliable vehicle
• Criminal record check for handling vulnerable clients
