Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Cat graders to meet production targets
• Use GPS control systems for accurate grading
• Perform inspections and hazard assessments before shifts
• Interpret site plans and grade stakes accurately
• Maintain equipment and report issues promptly
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in finish grading
• Experience with GPS systems like Topcon or Trimble
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Clean driver's license required
• CSTS 2020 and Ground Disturbance Level 2 certifications
