In this crucial position, you will work closely with the People Team to manage high-impact events such as socials and training sessions that enhance workforce engagement. Your responsibilities encompass mentoring Care Professionals and overseeing their progress while ensuring all operational standards are met. You will also contribute to on-call duties as required.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment efforts for Live-In Care Professionals
• Support the organization of team-building events
• Mentor and guide Care Professionals effectively




• Ensure timely completion of care-related procedures
• Participate in on-call weekend and night duties

Requirements:
• Experience in managing Live-In Carers
• Background in caregiving/service-oriented roles
• Preferably hold NVQ Level 3 qualification
• Friendly and dedicated approach towards care
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
