As a Soccer Coach, you’ll play a vital role in fostering a love for the game among young players. This in-person position requires a commitment to creating a protected, fun, and inclusive coaching environment tailored to individual players. Deliver dynamic sessions where kids can learn key soccer skills, ensuring they enjoy every moment on the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead engaging soccer sessions for young players
• Focus on building teamwork and sportsmanship through play
• Address individual skill development for each child
• Manage equipment for practice and transport as needed

Requirements:
• Proven experience coaching youth soccer, ages 3-8
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Enthusiastic about promoting youth sports participation
• Strong communication skills to foster a positive environment
