You'll prioritize tasks, maintain logs, and assist in preventative maintenance while monitoring the workplace for any safety issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general maintenance across the building
• Support plumbing, heating, and electrical tasks
• Maintain logs for work performed and materials used
• Ensure tools and equipment are in working order
• Respond to emergency calls to maintain safety

Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of building and fire codes
• Availability for emergency call-ins
• Completed Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Updated TB 2 Step within the last year
