Key Responsibilities:
• Execute maintenance tasks across multiple trade areas
• Ensure all plumbing and HVAC systems are maintained
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot building systems




• Oversee projects from assessment to cleanup
• Provide timely documentation of work performed

Requirements:
• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in real estate
• Property management certificate an asset
• Background in residential and office repairs required
• Must possess a valid class 5 Driver's License
