Take a leadership role at The King’s Trust Canada (TKTC) as a Senior Manager in Partnerships and Fund Development. This hybrid position focuses on advancing funding opportunities and managing relationships with key stakeholders in the Toronto area.
You will be responsible for originating and cultivating significant partnerships while independently managing a portfolio of funders and donors. With a minimum of 5–7 years of relevant experience, you’ll develop compelling funding proposals and strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational revenue goals. Your contribution will directly impact TKTC's ability to support underserved youth aged 15-24.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and develop funding relationships and portfolios
• Drive strategic revenue growth through current business opportunities
• Lead proposal development processes with cross-functional teams
• Represent TKTC in high-stakes meetings and negotiations
• Develop compelling funding propositions tailored to funder priorities
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in fundraising, partnerships, or government funding
• Proven success in securing major partnerships or grants
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Experience with strategic funding proposals
• Eligibility to work in Canada and French skills are an asset
