In this role, you will support patient diagnosis through accurate blood draws, EKGs, and spirometry. The Phlebotomy Technician position requires respect for diverse populations and adherence to critical safety practices. You'll work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure thorough documentation and patient communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct venipuncture and blood draws with care
• Perform EKGs and spirometry testing accurately
• Process and manage lab specimens efficiently
• Maintain laboratory equipment and log quality control
• Coordinate and communicate test results with providers

Requirements:
• Must have WA State MA-P certification
• High School Diploma/GED or similar qualifications
• Proven customer service and phlebotomy experience
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are a plus
• Passing pre-hire competency test required
