Join Lincoln Electric in Mississauga as an Automation Production and Service Supervisor. Lead operations, support process improvements, and ensure project execution across two facilities in this full time position.

In this role, you will oversee daily manufacturing and service operations for automation. Managing production schedules, quality standards, and resource allocation will be key to your success. You’ll also travel between Waterdown and Mississauga to enhance operational efficiency and deliver excellent service to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production and service personnel to meet quality expectations
• Track labor hours and production metrics diligently
• Manage equipment and inventory on the production floor




• Supervise warranty service and calibration for automation projects
• Conduct internal training for equipment troubleshooting

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or related experience in automation
• 3–8 years of leadership in production services
• Travel flexibility, approximately 25-50% required
• Familiarity with automation technologies and tools
• Strong compliance and safety management abilities
