Support the Mortgage Administration Department as an Intermediate Accountant. This on-site position requires expertise in mortgage funding, property tax administration, and financial postings.

The role involves collaborating with the Accounting Department to manage financial transactions efficiently. Responsibilities include executing scheduled report queries, maintaining records in Microsoft SharePoint, and performing daily reconciliations. You will play a vital part in ensuring accurate property tax payments while developing relationships with branches and property tax departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute report queries on a set schedule
• Maintain department records in Microsoft SharePoint
• Post financial transactions to mortgage subledgers




• Balance daily financial postings with the Accounting Department
• Monitor property tax payments and liaise with relevant parties

Requirements:
• 5 years of experience in a mortgage department
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of SQL queries is advantageous
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities and deadlines effectively
