In this role, you will provide leadership in safety compliance with an emphasis on Occupational Health & Safety programs. You will lead training, conduct internal audits, and support incident investigations to foster a safer workplace. Your expertise will ensure that safety policies are consistently applied across operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a culture of safety through hands-on guidance
• Coordinate crucial training sessions for operational staff
• Document safety metrics and KPIs for compliance




• Support job hazard analysis and emergency response plans
• Facilitate safety onboarding for contractors and subcontractors

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in safety compliance
• In-depth knowledge of applicable safety regulations
• Formal incident investigation training preferred
• NCSO certification is advantageous for applicants
• Class 5 driver’s license with less than 6 demerits
