Responsibilities

Ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch

Prepare and complete quotes for customers

Provide high‑quality customer service, both at the counter and over the phone

Ensure proper and organized receipt of merchandise

Plan delivery routes efficiently

Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stock shortages

Perform inventory checks and follow up on discrepancies

Ensure that equipment, tools, and work materials are functional and safe

Maintain a positive work environment and strong team dynamics

Support employees in their daily tasks and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Ensure overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Perform deliveries as needed

Open and close the branch

Perform any other related tasks

Relevant experience in branch or operations management (inventory, logistics, coordination)

Strong customer service skills (counter and phone) with a professional approach

Experience in inventory management, receiving, and shipping

Hands‑on leadership with the ability to guide, motivate, and support a team

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Versatility and operational involvement (floor support, deliveries, administrative tasks)

Knowledge of distribution operations or warehouse environments (a major asset)

Ability to ensure quality control and compliance with workplace safety standards
