As a Changeover Crew Member, you'll play a crucial role at OVG by setting up and breaking down event spaces. Working primarily overnight, you’ll be responsible for converting seating, staging, and keeping equipment organized. Experience in general labor is advantageous, and the role demands a robust work ethic, adherence to safety standards, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and take down event equipment including seating and staging
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to achieve goals
• Keep the work area clean and organized for efficiency




• Follow all safety protocols and venue management standards
• Complete any other duties assigned
Requirements:
• Flexibility to work overnight and on weekends
• Capability to lift a minimum of 50lbs without assistance
• Prior experience in general labor or construction preferred
• Strong team spirit and professional attitude
• Ability to perform physical tasks and repetitive movements
