Our client, a leading organization in the industrial sector, is seeking a Custodial Services Worker to join their team. As a Custodial Services Worker, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting operational cleanliness and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate punctuality, dedication, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Custodial Services Worker

Location: COURTRIGHT, ON

Pay Rate: $21/hr

Shift: Training: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday; Shutdown: 9:00 am - 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible scheduled overtime on weekends

What's the Job?

- Maintain cleanliness of facilities and operational areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment
- Follow safety procedures and handle hazardous chemicals responsibly
- Assist with scheduled shutdown activities and support project-based cleaning tasks
- Operate cleaning equipment and use PPE effectively
- Support team efforts to uphold cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive work environment

What's Needed?

- Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects over 30 lbs
- Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work in physically demanding conditions
- Flexible schedule and punctuality are essential
