Job Title: Forecast Planner
Salary Range: CAD$54,600–CAD$68,250
Working Type: On-Site
PURPOSEOF ROLE To manage allaspects of the retail forecast at site in order to achieve the required Hiltonstandards of the customer service level, production and primal movements, costcontrol and primal optimization
To be a strongparticipant and team player within the Planning and Commercial team.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Mainactivities of the business processes
Create and maintain the Hilton retailforecast
Check the short forecast horizon (day +0 andday +1)
Tracking forecast deviations using the Demandplanner
Check actual sales vs forecast
Maintain and provide forecast accuracy reports
Maintain and navigate the Demand planner
Monitoring Walmart forecast performances
Participates in the Scheduling roster toexecute daily operation tasks
OtherActivities,responsibilities and tasks Part of a positive working environment
Providing explicit results to the Planningmanager (reports)
Tracking sales/forecast deviations
Highlights potential issues to Planningmanager/management
Communication with Commercial team Hilton andWalmart (Replenishment level)
Create and maintain a Hilton retail base lineforecast using the provided planning tools, systems, and procedures
Ability to review and amend the forecastdaily/weekly
Signalling function of potential issues
Communication with planners providing the mostupdated retail forecast
Tracking actual sales orders
Be involved in stock control,



procurement and logistics at site. Proactivelyidentify stock shortages, communicating and resolving the issues andadvising Planning manager in regarding of purchasing and/or otherdepartments of potential service issues.
Ensure efficient forecast plans and timelycommunication to relevant departments.
Participates in meetings
Participates in the roster to execute dailyoperation tasks
Communication within the team and surroundingdepartments
Maintain and report material KPI’s
Able to cover targeted tasks of other planningteam members in case of absence
Participates, contributes and delivers datafor the S&OP; meetings
Cross trained in all Planning departmentroles.
KEYEXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Ability and proven experience in Forecasting and Planning
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, retail sector
Experience with ERP systems
