As a critical member of the Slocan research development project, the Coordinator will oversee day-to-day activities and ensure effective collaboration between BC Children’s Hospital Research Institute and community partners. This role demands strong skills in qualitative data analysis, project management, and research ethics, driving success in embedding research within clinical care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain project work plans and timelines
• Coordinate meetings and follow up on action items
• Conduct rapid literature reviews and analyze evidence
• Facilitate focus group sessions and coordinate participation
• Manage project data and ensure confidentiality
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of related experience
• Strong skills in research project coordination
• Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in research
