As a vital part of Dexterra Group, you will support the Toronto Building Controls division by generating estimates for various mechanical projects. The role emphasizes nurturing sales relationships and developing solutions that enhance energy efficiency and indoor air quality. You will also participate in consultations and prepare documentation for clients, showcasing your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create estimates for BAS/HVAC for construction and upgrades
• Coordinate small mechanical projects to foster growth
• Analyze RFQs, RFPs,



and contractual documents
• Assist in preparing meetings and proposals
• Participate in sales workshops and initiatives

Requirements:
• At least 6 months of estimating experience in BAS
• Bilingual (French and English) preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Full time office presence required
