In this full-time position, you will lead the Golf Centre's operations and develop innovative programs for members of varying ages and skill levels. Your responsibilities will also include building relationships, responding to member feedback, and managing equipment and facilities. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver golf lessons and competitive leagues
• Build robust member relationships during peak hours




• Manage day-to-day Golf Centre operations
• Ensure high standards for facilities and equipment
• Analyze participation and programming metrics

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two years of golf coaching experience
• Active PGA of Canada membership
• Familiarity with golf instructional technology
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
