Empower kids at KidStrong’s new Red Deer location as a Coach! We seek energetic individuals ready to inspire growth and athleticism in children.

As our KidStrong Coach, set to launch in Fall 2025, you will play a pivotal role in fostering children's development. This position is designed for those with prior coaching experience, ideally with kids aged 15 months to 11 years. You will teach our specialized program, delighting both kids and their parents with engaging classes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct age-appropriate coaching sessions for children
• Discuss curriculum benefits with parents
• Facilitate classes during weekdays and weekends
• Organize birthday party activities and special events
• Maintain a supportive and inspiring atmosphere

Requirements:
• Experience working with kids in the appropriate age range
• Robust knowledge of exercise techniques
• Valid CPR certification
• Excellent motivational communication skills
• Self-directed individual focused on results
