Become a pivotal part of Klaviyo’s GTM Data Operations as a GTM Data Analyst. This role focuses on enhancing agent-based systems that ensure high-quality data processing and enrichment.

As the sole onshore hire for this expanding function, you will oversee the operation and enhancement of our agentic data pipeline. Your expertise in diagnosing performance issues and extending detection capabilities will be critical. You’ll facilitate the handoff between automated outputs and manual reviews while managing offshore teams for streamlined data resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor agent pipelines for reliable data workflow
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues independently
• Maintain agent configuration and extend data mapping capabilities




• Enhance detection and enrichment rules through review processes
• Define procedures for offshore triage and feedback loops

Requirements:
• 3–6 years in Data Operations or related fields
• Skills in SQL and Snowflake; knowledge of SFDC
• Experience running operational AI workflows and quality assurance
• Command-line operating proficiency for monitoring processes
• Solid communication and process improvement abilities
