Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement individual care plans for residents
• Supervise attendants in delivering resident care
• Administer medications following safety protocols
• Document care observations and procedures performed
• Participate actively in the multi-disciplinary care team

Requirements:
• Recognized LPN license, compliant with BC regulations
• Certifications in Emergency First Aid, CPR, and AED
• Effective communication skills in English
• Robust initiative and problem-solving capabilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
